Meet Kristi M., Quinta G., and Anh D. These successful bareMinerals beauties were nominated by their fellow coworkers to attend the coveted MAKERS Conference just outside of Los Angeles. This invite-only, 3-day event is girl power at its finest. Featuring over 50 influential speakers, celebs, and power players, attendees are surrounded by innovation, creativity and amazing inspiration. Kristi, Quinta and Anh fit right in. Naturally. “My mom and dad (and Angela Bower’s character from Who’s the Boss).”

What does ‘success’ mean to you?
“Finding the intersection of what’s meaningful to you + what you’re good at AND having fun + being happy while you’re doing it!”
Who (or what) inspired you to be successful?
“My parents who left Vietnam after the war — escaping in the middle of the night (through a dark forest, hiding on a shrimp boat) to come to a foreign country where they didn’t know the language — because of their beliefs. I am driven by the desire to make their sacrifices worth it.”

What makes you feel beautiful?
“When people tell me I remind them of my mom.”

“I love the moment when a women looks in the mirror after getting a make-under and she can’t hide her smile. You know she not only looks beautiful but feels beautiful.”
