A Glowy, Festive Look Perfect for New Year’s Eve

It’s safe to say that most of us are eager to welcome a brand new year with open arms. So no matter where we are, let’s lean into one of our most beloved holiday traditions: bold, festive NYE makeup. Not leaving the house just means even more time to get ready, right?

Here, beauty influencer Maya Galore walks us through a glowy New Year’s Eve Makeup tutorial that’s perfect for a night of celebrating with your closest loved ones. It features radiant skin, a shimmery eye, and of course, long-wearing lipstick that will last until the clock strikes midnight.

What to use to create this New Year’s makeup look:

How to create this New Year’s Eve makeup look:

-Begin by applying BAREPRO Performance Wear Liquid Foundation SPF 20 using the Luxe Performance Brush for a full-coverage, airbrushed finish.

-Next, conceal and brighten by applying BAREPRO 16-Hour Full Coverage Concealer under your eyes and any other areas you want to perfect. Blend it all in with the Max Coverage Concealer Brush.

-Then, it’s time for brows. Use the pencil side of BROW MASTER Sculpting Pencil to fill in your eyebrows, then flip it over to brush through with the spoolie side. Finish off the look by applying STRENGTH & LENGTH Serum-Infused Brow Gel.

-Using the GEN NUDE Eyeshadow Palette in Copper, apply the shade Bonfire (which Maya calls “the star of the show”) all over your lid with the Expert Shadow & Liner Brush. Next, take the shade Wild Child and blend into the outer part of your crease with The Blender Brush. With your finger, pick up the shade Trippin’ and blend it in between where you placed Bonfire and Wild Child to create a gradation.

-Put the finishing touches on your eye look by blending Wild Child to your lower lash line with the Smoky Smudger Brush, then applying Aura to your brow bone and inner corner as a highlight. Finally, add a few coats of STRENGTH & LENGTH Serum-Infused Mascara to define your lashes.

-Build up a rosy glow on your cheeks by applying BOUNCE & BLUR Blush in shade Coral Cloud with your fingers.

-No glowy look is complete without a highlighter. Using the Diffused Highlight Brush, apply ENDLESS GLOW Highlighter in shade Fierce to the tops of your cheeks. (Bonus: this one’s clean and glitter-free, so if you’re resolving to be nicer to the earth this year, you’re getting a head start.)

-Set your face makeup and hydrate your skin with a spritz of DEW MIST Setting Spray.

-For a festive berry lip, apply BAREPRO Longwear Lipstick in the shade Raspberry. This long-lasting formula is transfer-proof, so feel free to eat, drink and kiss the night away.
